Self-motivation is hard and we all need varying degrees of support. If it were easy, everyone would have everything they ever wanted in every way they ever wanted it. Clarity often requires someone else to shine a light in a place that you’ve been avoiding looking.
That’s where I come in with a big roving carbon arc searchlight!
We often block out our inner voice but having someone listen to you in a safe, non-judgmental space, often helps shake it loose. We humans also require accountability.
